Our estate

Domaine de Pajot vineyard is located on slopes facing East, surrounding the Armagnac Capital: Eauze.
Barreau Familiy spotlights the estate since 3 generations.
Our vineyard extends over 60 hectares, planted with white typical grape varieties: Colombard, Ugni-Blanc, Gros-Manseng and Sauvignon. We also have red grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon.
Our grapes are intended to produce Gascogne wines, Floc de Gascogne and Armagnac. Since 2001 we have made the choice of Organic Agriculture, an healthier, more qualitative and environmentally friendly production method.
