Anima Sana
This is our frizzante wine, born from a meeting with a German friend who helped me to produce what I always dreamt
about… a wine nose, Gascogne aromas, with light bubbles.
To produce environmentally friendly products is our ethics. This is why we named our frizzante cuvée: Anima Sana (Sain mind).

- Nose : Citruses, White fruits, Exotic fruits
- Palate : lively attack, fine bubbles which line the palate

Sauvignon, Gros–manseng, Ugni Blanc, Colombard.
Food and Wine Pairings
Should be served at 8° with your festive moments. This is a brut frizzante wine which goes very well with savoury and sweet
dishes.
Conditionning
75 cl white bottle. Cork having a hood. This wine does not have enough gas to allow the cork escaping: this is not a
sparkling !
